As recent transplants from New York, the owners of this 'Texas Modern' home in the hills of Austin wanted to shed their fast paced lifestyle and adopt the laid-back, eclectic style that embodied their new surroundings. Existing travertine floors were removed and recycled to make way for stunning new hardwood floors throughout the main living spaces.
