I am smitten when it comes to twigs and branches. I simply love using them in homes. They bring a natural beauty and integrity to an interior that can’t be matched by any other ingredient.

Because they are organic and omnipresent in nature, twigs go with any style of interior — or exterior.

I love that about twigs! With a pocket knife and a little ingenuity, you’ve got a DIY project that pays huge design dividends.

You could also use twigs and branches without actually wiring them for electricity, as with this artful branch, which was affixed to the conduit connecting these lights.
