Guest Picks: Superstylish Indoor-Outdoor Rugs
As designers in Atlanta, we are asked regularly by our clients to create comfortable, functional and durable spaces that are also beautiful. Our clients require rooms that can withstand pets, kids and the wear and tear of the busy lives they lead. One of our go-to products is the outdoor rug. These hardworking, sun-resistant, easy-to-clean pieces are great for high-traffic areas.
And gone are the days of outdoor rugs that look like they belong on the deck or by the pool. The colors, patterns and weaves available now don’t resemble anything like the brightly colored polyethylene outdoor rugs of the past. Today’s outdoor rugs are deeper and softer, and fit right into a living or dining room. They’re a perfect way to enjoy furnishings without worrying about muddy paws, kitchen spills and kids. These attractive rugs fit the bill for beauty, comfort, function and durability! — Kelly and Joann from Kandrac & Kole
