We designed this master bathroom interior for a holiday show house which was in a luxurious estate in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia. We got in early with the builder, Steven West and worked with him on the design of this master bathroom and the adjacent wardrobes from the framing on up. We were very involved in all of the construction details, and selected all of the materials finishes throughout. One of my favorite features in this bathroom is the beveled mirror wall behind the vanity. We designed this diamond pattern to fit the curved wall perfectly, and had each mirror custom cut and beveled. The vanity was custom made with all doors, and behind the doors are drawers to keep it clean, and simple on the front. A laminated 2-1/2" thick, Calacatta marble counter was made for the top, and the floors are also 24" x 24" square Calacatta marble from the same quarry in Italy. The faux finish on the wall is a silver Lusterstone.
This bathroom made the front cover of Trends Bath magazine which is distributed internationally. Also we received an award for this design that selected this bathroom design as "The top 50 baths" by Trends magazine.
